Roger Helmer, Conservative MEP for the East Midlands gives an exclusive interview to Tory Radio about the recent postal ballots conducted by the I want a Referendum campaign on the renamed European Treaty.
 
Selected highlights include:-

Nearly 90% of those who participated demanded a Referendum
Nearly 90% would opposed the Lisbon Treaty - the renamed European constitutions.
Nationally turnout was at 36%
In Gedling turnout was over 40%

This story really does show that there should be a Government Warning along the lines of, "Warning - this Government is bad for business" Perhaps the EU will make it mandatory for it to appear on all Government publications along with graphic images that highlight the effect Government has by continually meddling with the tax system.

No wonder I have had to shell out on an accountant given the huge complexity of our tax system.

This is one book that is certainly NOT on my reading list.
